These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Ranger Tree Care’s website and services. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Scope of Services
Ranger Tree Care provides professional tree services including tree removal, tree trimming and pruning, crane services, stump grinding, land clearing, arborist inspections, and 24/7 emergency storm response.
Estimates and Booking
- All estimates are free.
- Estimates are prepared using our SingleOps system and may include photos, pricing, and service details.
- Scheduling is based on crew availability and weather conditions. We will communicate updates promptly.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. Weather or safety conditions may also require us to adjust scheduled work.
Payments
We accept cash, Zelle, credit card, and check. Payment is due as agreed upon in the service proposal. Returned checks or failed payments may incur additional charges.
Licensing and Insurance
Ranger Tree Care is a fully insured tree service. While Florida does not require a state license for tree removal, we carry full liability coverage and workers’ compensation insurance. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
Liability
- Tree work involves inherent risks. While we follow ANSI A300 standards and OSHA regulations, Ranger Tree Care is not liable for damages caused by pre-existing conditions, hidden property issues, or unsafe site conditions outside our control.
- Customers are responsible for securing pets, vehicles, and property before scheduled service.
Warranties and Guarantees
We strive for safe, efficient, high-quality service. However, we do not guarantee outcomes beyond the agreed scope of work (e.g., future tree health or storm impacts).
Governing Law
These Terms are governed generally by applicable U.S. state laws. If a dispute arises, it will be resolved under the laws of the state in which the service was performed.
SMS Communications
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Ranger Tree Care related to scheduling, service updates, and customer support.
Message frequency may vary depending on your service needs. Message and data rates may apply.
