Initially, I wanted to trim only a portion of the tree, but they pointed out that it was splitting and was reaching a point at which it would be dangerous during a storm. Following their recommendations, I decided to cut the tree entirely. Once it was cut, the internal rot showed itself, and it was clear that their recommendations were spot on. While their professionalism and expertise were greatly appreciated, one notable thing upon completion was that they did a fantastic job cleaning up, doing their best to leave everything the way it was before they arrived, minus the tree. Office staff was courteous and efficient.  Impressive clean-up afterward; hardly any sign they'd been here. Took care not to damage lawn sprinklers. Our job involved half a dozen root balls, all in precarious locations (near septic, well, and a large buried propane tank). I am very grateful for the amount of care and attention that went into the work they did. I'd encourage anyone who lives in their FL service area to support this veteran-owned business. They came one day after I asked them to come. They quickly had the tree down and cut it into pieces and removed every last leaf. They swept my driveway clean and blew all dirt away. I couldn't be happier. They has the best price of the 4 companies I contacted. I told the owner I couldn't pay for 2 more weeks because that's when I get my social security check. They came anyway. We had a great experience with Ranger Tree Care, who provided tree trimming services for large oak and mango trees as well as large canary Island date palms on our property. The estimate was clear and detailed and the pricing competitive. They arrived on the day and time agreed to and were professional, courteous, and effective. Adam was on site himself, performing and supervising the others. It was very clear this is a customer-oriented company that is willing to go the extra mile to acheive complete customer satisfaction. When my wife was not totally pleased with the appearance of the canary palms, Adam spent considerable additional time to perform additional shaping to achieve her full satisfaction.
